Bagel pizzas are some of the easiest and fastest dinners for a busy family during the week. This is even on my wife’s meal plan. You can use either regular size bagels or our personal favorite, mini bagels.
Ingredients:
Mini or Regular Sized Plain Bagels
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato Paste
Pepperonis (Turkey or Regular)
If you would like add basil and dried oregano
1.Preheat air fryer or oven to 350F
2.Cut the bagels in half and spread the tomato paste on each side of the bagel
3.Add the cheese and pepperonis. Season with oregano if you choose.
4.Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes or in the oven until the cheese has melted. Add fresh basil if desired.
5.Enjoy!!
